Synopsis & Discussion
Forecaster: -S.DiBiase
Less than favorable early morning winds over the weekend will keep the PM10 levels in check at Hidden Valley. Some afternoon breeziness associated with an upper level low that will pass well to our north and east may cause some spotty blowing dust this weekend, however nothing expected to impact the PM10 levels significantly. Therefore have low dust risks forecast for Saturday and Sunday. High pressure will continue to influence the weather early next week as the brief reprieve in afternoon high temperatures this weekend gives way to warming temperatures. Early morning conditions are expected to be favorable in/around Hidden Valley for elevated PM10 levels, therefore have moderate dust risks forecast for Monday through Wednesday of next week. Check back on Monday for an updated dust risk forecast.
